TGRM™ Mating List Report

The TGRM™ Mating List Report contains the mating list from your TGRM analysis, including:

sire and dam identifiers,
estimated inbreeding coefficient of the progeny of each mating,
estimated mid-parent estimated index of the progeny of each mating,
estimated mid-parent EBV for each trait, in the progeny of each mating,
and estimated QTL or major gene probabilities for progeny of each mating for traits with genotype probabilities for parents.
